Breakfast 9:45am:
1/2 pot of activia
Going to the gym.
Lunch 2pm:
1/2 cup pasta with tomato sauce
Dinner 7pm:
1/2 a sausage, 1/4 cup of mac and cheese
Snack:
10:30pm: 1/2 cup pasta with a meatball
This is just a food diary allowing my nutritionist access to what I eat, how much and what I take. Oh how tech savy!
