Food Diary 5 August

Breakfast(ish) 10:30am:
1/4 cup of macaroni salad, it has mayonaise, mustard, pasta, dill pickles, cucumber, eggs (which were boiled and didn't make me feel sick)
Lunch:
1/2 cup of spaghetti (with really light sauce)
Dinner:
1/2 piece of bredded backed cod, 4 chips (I really wasn't that hungry)

Snack:
1/4 cup of lowfat ice cream
1/2 cup of spaghetti
