Food Diary 29 July

Breakfast 9:30am:
1/2 pot of Activia
Lunch 12pm:
1 courgette flower stuffed with mozzerella, capers and sundried tomatoes, lightly battered and fried (they are pretty small anyway) and one baby courgette. About 1/3 cup of tomato pasta.
I will add picture later today.
Dinner 5pm:
Portabella mushroom burger on a bun with caramelised onions. I only ate just under hald (they were huge mushrooms!)
I will have a picture of this later.
Snacks:
10:30pm: cold pasta 1/4 cup
