Breakfast 9:30am:
1/4 cup (68g) of breakfast potatoes
Lunch 12pm:
We went to Old Warden so we ate out, I had 1/2 cheese sandwich, it had some sort of tasteless cheese, and a couple slivers of tomato on white bread.
Dinner:
Pot roast, carrots, onions and 1/2 a potato bit

Snacks:
2pm I had a little bite of a flapjack, but it seemed really sweet so I didn't eat much of it.
