Food Diary 30 July

Breakfast 9:45am:
1/2 pot of activia
Going to the gym.
Lunch 2pm:
1/2 cup pasta with tomato sauce
Dinner 7pm:
1/2 a sausage, 1/4 cup of mac and cheese
Snack:
10:30pm: 1/2 cup pasta with a meatball

Food Diary 29 July

Breakfast 9:30am:
1/2 pot of Activia
Lunch 12pm:
1 courgette flower stuffed with mozzerella, capers and sundried tomatoes, lightly battered and fried (they are pretty small anyway) and one baby courgette. About 1/3 cup of tomato pasta.
I will add picture later today.
Dinner 5pm:
Portabella mushroom burger on a bun with caramelised onions. I only ate just under hald (they were huge mushrooms!)
I will have a picture of this later.
Snacks:
10:30pm: cold pasta 1/4 cup

Food Diary 28 July

Breakfast: I didn't eat anything for breakfast



Lunch: 1/2 piece of toast with 33g of chicken salad
chicken salad: mayonaise, mustard, chopped chicken, apples, raisins



20 minutes and 4.6 miles on the bike at the gym (would have gone 30 mins but - I had an interveiw)
Dinner:
I had a couple bites - litterally - it was very tough so I didn't eat it. I also had 3 roasted potatoes.

Snacks:
3:27pm 1 pot of activia kiwi mixed with 1/4 cup of semi-skimmed milk - I was hungry but I don't feel like I can eat anything, I feel like I have a knot in my chest.
8pm: 1/4 cup of pasta (the kind I had earlier this week)
Tomorrow I don't have much going on, so I am going to try to have breakfast.

Breakfast: None
Lunch 1pm:
Less than 1/2 a cup of pasta with balsalmic vinegar, tomatoes, peppers, apples all skinned and deseeded.

Dinner 5pm:
1/2 cup of tuna casserole - pasta, tuna, probably some cheesey topping, and peas.

Food Diary 25 July 2009

Breakfast 9:30am:

1/4 cup (68g) of breakfast potatoes


Lunch 12pm:

We went to Old Warden so we ate out, I had 1/2 cheese sandwich, it had some sort of tasteless cheese, and a couple slivers of tomato on white bread.
Dinner:
Pot roast, carrots, onions and 1/2 a potato bit


Snacks:
2pm I had a little bite of a flapjack, but it seemed really sweet so I didn't eat much of it.

Food Diary 24 July 2009

Breakfest 9:30am:
I had Muscle Milk Protein Shake 1 Serving - 6 fl oz of water
This nutritional information is for 1 serving.







Lunch 12pm:
1 slice bread
1/2 avocado made into paste with balsamlic vinegar, dill and salt
1 slice of roasted red pepper
21g Extra Mature Cheddar
Total Weight = 120g
I only managed to eat 3/4 of it.



Dinner:
I didn't weigh or take a pic of it, it slipped my mind! However, It was about 1/4 cup of roasted chicken (no skin), 1/4 avocado, a slice of roasted red pepper mixed together with salt and pepper
Snacks:
I had 1 packet of "frisps" at the cinema:
160 Calories
9.9g Fat
15.6g Carbohydrates
1.6g Protein
2 small peanut butter cookies, they are home made, as far as I know they didn't have a lot of sugar but they had about 1.2 cup of peanut butter, the smoothe natural kind we bought from my previous diet.
